The opportunity to become a member Sixth Mount Zion Baptist Temple is offered the third Sunday of each month after the 10am service in room #4. This is your chance to meet and greet both Pastor Jerome A. Barber and First Lady Mona' Barber and other church officials. At this meeting you will discover what you can expect from us, what we expect from you and now that I’m a member, what’s next?

Spiritual Development Classes

We’re glad you’ve made a decision to become a part of Sixth Mount Zion Baptist Temple. This class is the basic introduction to our church family. Since we have members from many different church backgrounds, this class was designed to clearly explain who and what our church is.

New Member Classes are held every Sunday from 8:00am until 9:30am in the Administrative Building Conference Room. The Administration Building is the building located directly behind the sanctuary.
